If a product is not right for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. This matches the guarantee displayed on the Gumroad checkout page.

How to request a refund

Use the refund link in your Gumroad purchase receipt, or email hello@aibusinessbuilder.co with the email address used at checkout and your order reference. Approved refunds are returned by Gumroad to the original payment method, usually within a few working days depending on your bank.

Access after a refund

When a refund is issued, your licence to use the materials ends and any downloaded files must no longer be used or shared.

Limits

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, redistribution of the files, or repeated refund requests across purchases, to the extent permitted by law.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including any rights that apply to digital content in your country.

Delivery problems

If a purchase fails to deliver or you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will fix it — you do not need to wait for a refund decision.
