Every product on this website is covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee displayed on Gumroad. If a product is not right for you, you may request a refund within seven days of purchase. How to request a refund

Within seven days of purchase, use the refund link in your Gumroad purchase receipt, or email support@aibusinessbuilder.co.uk with the email address used at checkout and your order reference. Approved refunds are returned by Gumroad to the original payment method, usually within a few working days depending on your bank.

Access after a refund

When a refund is issued, your licence to use the materials ends and any downloaded files must no longer be used or shared.

Limits

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, redistribution of the files, or repeated refund requests across purchases, to the extent permitted by law.
