Information we handle

Visiting this website does not require an account. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages in order to serve and secure the site.

Purchases and order processing

All purchases are processed by Gumroad, our payment and delivery provider. When you buy, you provide your details directly to Gumroad, which handles payment, tax collection where applicable, receipts and file delivery. We receive order information such as your name, email address, product purchased and order reference. We never see or store your full card details.

Support communications

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to answer your question and to keep a record of the support request.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Gumroad may set its own cookies on its checkout pages under its own privacy policy.

Retention

We keep order and support records only as long as needed to provide support, handle refunds and meet accounting or legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period. Order records held by Gumroad are also subject to Gumroad's own privacy policy.
